How to set-up a Search Console account
Step 1: Sign in to Search Console With Your Google account.
Step 2: Enter Your Website’s Domain (or URL-Prefix) to Add a Property.
After you sign in, you have the option to add a property type via your domain or via a URL prefix.

Step 3:Copy the URL that has to be validated in On Search Console, paste the URL in the appropriate field and press proceed.

Step 4: When the login IDs for the Google Console and the email address match, automatic verification occurs.

Step 5:If not, verification must be performed by choosing the proper choice from the verification box.

Site map

A site map is an xml file that lists every URL on a website. The frequency of updates, the time and date of the most recent modification, and the order of the URLs are all provided. A sitemap is created with the intention of making it easier for search engines like Google to comprehend and crawl websites. There are restrictions on a sitemap. The file will be regarded as invalid if its size is more than this threshold. In addition, a site map can store up to 50,000 URLs.
